Images and Changing Images

a. You acknowledge that the default profile images of the characters used in this bot are generated from anime screenshots and do not infringe on any copyright.
b. If you are granted permission to change the character images, you agree to use common sense and comply with Discord's Terms of Service and community guidelines. You understand that if you or anyone with permission replaces images with malicious content that goes against Discord's TOS, you and the server owner will be irreversibly banned from using this bot and all other bots developed by this developer.
c. You agree to take full responsibility for any mishaps that occur as a result of allowing users to change the images.

Claiming and Dating Characters

a. You acknowledge that any text and images generated by the bot when using the date commands are meant to give players a better sense of imagery and nothing more.
b. You agree that the bot does not directly or indirectly promote illegal acts with any character. This includes but is not limited to underage sexual acts of any kind, underage drinking, underage smoking.
c. You agree to use common sense and will not use the date command on any character if an image looks questionably, suspiciously, or illegally underage.
d. You understand that the &quote;characters&quote; used in this bot do not exist and the character images are nothing more than a generated photo used in a lottery or gacha-style video game.
e. You agree that when you claim a character, you are only saving a generated photo to your account unrelated to any details associated with the photo.
